Song of Chaos isn't really worth it. It counts OUR enemies (one statue) so it'll only cause -10 to next in magic and melee over 4 turns. You're better off putting in Curse of Impotence which causes the same amount instantly.

Since you're running Decay it might be better if you add more Silencing Blows (if you have them) than Slowing Blasts and focus on magic debuff. Have you checked your archived charms? Ongoing really trumps next. Tranquility, Conductive Ice, those charms you thought you would never need again can really come in handy.


I really regret skipping Eversweep, a Sage with Decay would be the bomb here.

If I'm counting correctly 27 of the charms I'd like to use have the Buff rune, that means I'd have to replace nearly half my deck with less useful charms. I think we're better off if you go with hyphused weapons instead of the ones you mentioned. That would also mean 14 additional attacks for you which would greatly improve the chance of hitting the statue. Other than SaT it doesn't look like you have any multihits, which rather diminishes the usefulness of charms that only give you a buff to melee. I believe it's at about 15 non-stunning multihit charms that RK begins to pay off.

I didn't put in my Eroded because of the stun, and didn't put in the corrupted fireblades because the combined hits are less than other single hits.

I can always replace those 15 buffs with hyphused or other charms.

I could always try my hand at AoE/summons too, but it might take a while to get a decent gear setup to kill the statue.

The Decapacitors are filler charms, I'm using them to see whether the theory of the deck is sound. (It really should be) If this works well enough I'll put in dual rune charms with runes neither of you are using instead of them for each fight and work my way towards the achievement.

Not entirely true, the summoner only needs to go before the damage dealer. Where the tank comes in doesn't matter.
