Statue Group (Medefe and Novacat)

Medefe and I are planning currently to do Lies, but could do others as well. For Lies, we need a spiriter.

Novacat 04-24 18:58 : Medefe: While we are waiting, lets plan. I will need willpower, and will take holy and lightning. Many of my cumulative willpower charms are buff, but the spirit character may need Dark Heirloom. I'll could also use spear and fist, but the spirit character might need the former for Mind Piercer and the armor destruction character will almost certainly need the later.

Medefe 04-25 08:00 : I can easily take out the armor and auras of Lies with all melee runes and debuff. I actually don't use Fist runes except for the hyphused, so I suppose I could switch those out for Eroded Wave Splitters or something, which could give us another few rounds towards the end.

It'd be great if the melee guy can use Debuff, Desolate and Devastate go a long way towards taking out the armor, a straight up CPB deck is possible, though.

You mentioned you might want to some Fist charms for WP. I can take out the Hyphused Beaters and replace them with something else. If the spiriter wants to use Nightmare, Crumbling Confidence, or similar, I can take out Desolate and Devastate and put in some massive damage instead.

Here's a possible alternative without Fist and Debuff, the rapiers are in there to offset the self-stun of the Wave Splitters. Fastpost Edit: With Obadiah clocking in at 59 I need to be at one less than him in case the tank exhausts. Obadiah, you really shouldn't use EAs or self-spirits for exactly that reason.

I took out Terrible Idea and Soul Cry and replaced them with Shadow Whisper and Mind Domination. I forgot that the spiriter has to have the most charms.

That puts me at "Spirit: 127 damage, destroy 44 willpower" without counting the Dark Heirloom.

And the heirlooms should give you about +60 if you pull them all. That could be enough.

So do I have use of the armor and ward runes, or does someone need those? Would allow me to use a little bit more cumulative will.

I'm up for the other two statues as well. I was melee in Illusions because my summoning charms are pitiful and I tanked Discord. I've got a few more charms since then, but nothing spectacular for summoning or debuffing.

Novacat, you've got to take out the buff runes in your lies gear, and you can add another 4 charms if you like.

I can do AoE/Summon for Illusions and debuff Discord, though I don't have decay. I suppose I could also cpb either.

Well, what can you guys do in in the other statues? I should be able to cpb Illusions even without using Buff runes, I can do AoE/Summon as well, heck, I could probably even tank it.


With a good tank I can most probably cpb Discord on my own, but it might take nearly my full deck if the draws go bad. My expected damage is about 10k which is a comfortable 25% margin so it should work in any case. If the Debuffer is using Decay I'll just put in Blightwood Blades and there should be no problem.
As I said above, I do not have Decay, but I was able to Debuff it quite well even so when I ran it before

I'm good with melee in illusions and tanking discord. If nova wants to take the other job.

Our Lies setup went well, so lets keep it as it is.

I could do the tanking for Illusions if Medefe prefers AoE and Summoning.

I will have to check if I can fill out a debuff deck for Discord. I believe I tanked last time.

Edit: I have a possible Discord deck using debuff, summons, frost, and earth. Shadow could be added, but isn't necessary.

Definitely leave out Shadow, Blightwood Blade is too powerful to deprive the cpb person of it. The big question is really: Who of you farmed Will of the Living for Decay?


I'd actually like to do at least one run where I tank Illusions, also a melee cpb run, in order to get closer to the achievement. Once I get my Pyro's Crests magic cpb should be child's play.

I have 5 x Decays.

If I remember correctly, for Illusions, the summoner needs to start the group but for Discord, it doesn't matter the order.

Ok, so I believe we have our respective parts to play, but to make sure I believe this is what we're going with:
Illussions:
Tank = Nova, Mede wants at least once
Summons = Mede
Melee = Obad, Mede wants at least once for achievement

Discord:
Tank = Obad
Debuff = Nova
Melee = Mede

Lies we have set already. If this is not correct, please correct me. Once this is set, lets get our charms in order and start knock these out as well.

The AoE/Summon guy needs to go before the damage dealer, where the tank comes in doesn't matter much.

Unless Nova also has 5 Decays it may be better if you debuff in Discord, that is, unless you completely lack all magic debuffs, but everyone should have Magebane Poison and stuff like that.

My Illusion AoE/Summon deck. I can replace the hands of sulfur with a summon if the cpb person wants to use maces.

My melee cpb deck is more or less Hyphused Weapons, Bull-Faced Banner and doublehits. Me getting the use of fire runes would be great for Baralas Legacy. The runes would be all melee and fire.
One thing I might do is to switch out two or three charms for dual-runes and get the maic runes for the achievement that way. If you two are ok with me cpb-ing more than once. I'll just have to watch out for overlaps in case one of you uses dual-rune charms.
