I could put in vendor charms...but that's about the only thing really I have for the tank deck. I can put in Silent Prayer to give me a little healing, but that's a holy rune.

dense mithril pants/bracers? say in shoutbox if you need GHPs for those.. Otherwise vendor charms work as well
