Go through multiple dungeons, perhaps lower ones you have already cleared or move to another city and do those dungeons just for the gourds.

I don't always get the pumpkins though. Oh well, just don't understand how someone can collect 20 pumpkins in a few days to get the title.

I almost have it without really trying. I guess bad luck could get you if you don't get pumpkins as drops. But you can (in eversweep) run 4 dungeons 2x per day for 7 days. Out of a potential 56 runs (not counting moving to another city and doing dungeons there) you should be able to get 20.

Win a PvP fight against an opponent of an equal or higher level and play one of the charms listed below.
