New forum tweaks

I removed the "headshot" and "avatar URL" requirement on everyone's profiles. So if you do not want them to be displayed on your profile or in your messages, just go to your profile and delete the text in the field. I manually did it for some of the new CoH members, but anyone can now delete that part of their profiles. I figure we aren't tied very tightly to duels anymore, so why force everyone to have a headshot area and URL on every message they post.

I also added some new fields for CoH members in their profiles and a special rank image for them like Estiah has.

Just wanted to let everyone know in case the started seeing some new things on the forums.
