I had a harder time with Fight 1 than any of the others.

Here is a thread about Fight 3 vs Ice princess.

banes and auras FTW. She extends the duration of your auras for every bane on her and takes 10 damage for every aura you have active.
Make a deck that's made of ephemeral shades (EA ward destruction) to keep her damage down (she does ward projection) and then just pile on an even amount of banes and auras (longest duration possible, actual effect hardly matters).

Fight 1 just takes lots of high damage charms, no cpb. Fight 3 is tricky. Use any cumul aura ward you can, and some decent magic banes. Other beneficial auras are also helpful, like heals. If you don't have enough cumulative ward auras, high non-cumul ward, other cumul ward, and ward projection is fine as a filler. I couldn't beat it regularly with most of my guys until I had was level 35 or so. Here is another relevant thread.

It is worth doing though. Some of the drops - like lawful will - are great in aura decks, and some of the crafts - like boreal spear - are also highly usable.
