Fight 1: Each Pressure plate loses 300 life when certain runes are played. All 4 have different triggers.

Ah,I just finished this dungeon.
First fight: finished in 15 turns will give you a achivement,it is quite easy,just just 14 charms(2 more for preventing you from exhaustion) with two rune,like Icy Slasher is Axe and Forst.
You need at lest 6 runes for each type: [V]ita spell,[K]ata spell,[D]eadly weapon and [M]assive weapon.
Availalbe combines are various.
Fight 2:You'll get negative CPB,but use fist weapon will give you melee CPB as the Frost will give you magic,just stack one of them.
Fight 3:Enemy will get spirit CPB from the Aura,just get him down as soon as possible,the king's spirit sap crown will be helpful.Also,if you purged him or use -aura duration to eliminate his aura,he will be a ground beef.
Fight 4 is very complex,almost each type of runes you used will cause diffierent changes,use same runes successively will cause enemy's twice hit,but not hurt badly.
I passed with projection deck(armor and ward runes won't cause anything) with Persistent Disease (debuff will +2 your aura,and give enemy 80 armor+ward).
Don't use buff runes,it will give him spirit cpb.

I did Fight 4 with a combination of debuff (for the aura extension) and tech. Dealing over 500 damage with a Sage Training is fun I tell you. Don't have the replay any more, though.
A monk could pull off the same trick. You can easily get 8 auras going at once, each giving you +8 or +9 to your next attack with the banes from the debuff chipping away at the cumulative defense.

Projection and banes work just fine for fight 4. Debuff extend your auras and gives the core some armor and ward. With the right mix, you can get basically infinite auras. Crystal of the dawn is obviously the right choice for this kind of tactic. Stick to just armor, ward, debuff and tech if you do it this way.

Fight 3 is dead easy with banes & crown of prestige, especially if you have black death. For example:

I've been trying to beat fight 4 with what I have (beat it a couple of times so far). I just spent some time figuring out the interactions, here are the results. Expect I will do better tomorrow now that I see the interactions better.
