Wizard Study

I am a little confused by this. I looked into this a little while back and saw that my Wizard Class was mastered, and next to it was a 2, but then I came across something today that required a Wizard Study II, then I look at isn't prerequisite of Wizard Study 1, then when I looked at Wizard Study one, it had a list of prerequisite, which I don't have all of them, so it made wonder if the Wizard Class and the Wizard study are two different things?
Also I noticed that it did not tell you where to get the Wizard Study

Wizard study is a clan building. What you need for wizard class is wizard tower in Inachis.

I did see that, and the class only give em what I have already max out in.
