How do I get Cheat Death rank II

I found this on the estiah forums, took me 3 tries to get howie set up to cheat death.

The flame drake does 644 melee damage and 742 magic. But all its magic
damage is easily blocked by simply playing nothing but charms that give
53 or more ward. The flame drake has 40 spirit, so if your HP isn't too
high or too low you can guarantee Cheat Death here. Survival, too, if
you pad the gear a bit. You can use charms like Blood Ward and Night
Cloak if your HP is too high, or even tank the melee damage and take the
magic hits instead, though that will require considerably better armor
since it does have armor destruction on the melee hits.

yeah, flame drake is the best for cheat death at level 40, but shadow drake and gold drake are also doable. I got most of my character's their rank II cheat death at level 45 on the gold drake, which is considerably harder.
here was Faen's CD gear for the gold drake at level 45. It was incredibly successful (>50% CD).
