The first match against violette is easy. You can probably win with banes and a few cleanses, or just high damage charms. Just so long as you use some frost charms, it is an easy win.

The second match against father gregorious is easy too - just spam holy charms. It doesn't matter how low level your holy charms are, each time you use a holy charm you'll get a +16 ongoing buff. He uses cleanse, so bane doesn't work. He uses constant power loss on melee, so melee doesn't work. He also decreases summons, so don't use summons. You can't let him have too much will, because he'll use it to do huge spirit damage later. So use high will destroying charms, maybe some will of your own, and lots of holy. Easy peasy.

The third match is rough. They do tons of constant melee buffs, and build up damage fast. Using fists is key. Using a fist charm will purge you of banes, purge their constant power buffs, and extend banes on them. Banes seem to be the best way to beat them, since they'll take 15 extra damage for each bane (Champion's Toll). Don't use debuffs masquerading as banes, like hateful flames - debuffs trigger them to use cleanse. Your CPB will get purged, but your banes won't. You also want to use focus charms because eacy unfocused opponent adds constant power boost to their ally. You'll need more than 15 banes, probably 20 or 25. Another 15 or 20 fists and fill the rest in with armor.

The last match is even worse. He steals your damage modifiers, so CPB won't work. He uses cleanse, so bane may help some, but I don't think you can rely on it. Building armor may be good, he has a charm that uses heavy projection - 4 damage/armor. The hidden mechanic that heals you is a BANE on you. Not an aura. If you use a self-bane, then spam extra actions, you can heal a significant amount. I still haven't beaten this one yet, and I've only gotten past fight 3 once.

On the last fight, the goal is to get him to kill himself. I'm not sure exactly how to accomplish this though, but I'll let you know when I figure it out.

For fight 1, putting banes on her isn't a great move because she uses a charm that makes you lose 10 life for each bane/curse on her. I usually just do it with ice CPB.

Fight One: Frost Frost Frost. Freeze her. If you haven't dumped Con or Dex you're in luck, if you have, you're going to have more problems. I ran it before I could use more than frost R3 on one guy, so I was stuck with a ton of Vendor frost charms, and even then I was able to do it. If you can Magic CPB + Ice Spikes, it's a breeze.

Fight two is as said above: holy, holy holy. Holy, more holy, then throw a voodoo head or Withering Touch at him, to crack his willpower-- he consumes his Willpower to smash you with spirit.

Fight three is easy for rogues/shamans, a bit hard for anyone else. I run about ten to fifteen fists, fifteen to twenty non-debuff banes (hey, my purty little Rogue Poisons, how I love you, let me count the ways . . .). Smelting Claws, Fists of Vengeance are AWESOME here.

Fight four you need to do several different things: stack up auras on yourself, stack up NON-CUMULATIVE armor on yourself, but not so much that you die from Arcane Sharpnel, and EAEAEA.

The bane he puts on you is what causes the healing, so EAEAEA to absorb as much of it as you can. Pretty much you want him to steal your armor, explode it, and be able to heal yourself through the EAs. Overwhelming Light, the healing bane, heals you per aura you have on yourself. Hence: Auras!

I can supply sample-decks for a few different strategies if anyone wants'em.

Here's my deck for clearing fight 4:
Ray of Light x2
Ice Calling x1
Pyric Charge x4
Prismatic Charge x5
Embroidered Robe x5
Ocean Sleep Potion x1
Lawful Will x4
Sleep Potion x5
Moondrop Water x5
Echo Shield x5
Living Armor x4
King's Scepter x3
Build Strength x3
Dozing Potion x5
Yoga Training x4
Dragon Aegis x1

Basically, you need to accumulate armor (using auras is best since you get healed for having auras) but not too much armor. You want him to destroy your armor after you give it to him and you want him to have a ton of armor. Don't use anything that destroys his armor, but do use things that destroy yours if you have them. Giving him some melee boosts seems to work pretty well (I like using Yoga training for this).

Since Kaervaak basically has no fists, I go through the third fight with a fencing short deck.

For fight 4, EAs are where it's at. Get a decent amount of armor and then EA like crazy. Each actions adds your current armor to his and heals you based on your ongoing auras. Star gauntlets are the bomb in this fight.

Seduction is a pretty great charm against Florian. It consumes armor and is an extra action. The only problem I've had in the last fight is balancing EAs with lasting long enough to win. I've got 23 extra actions (non-cumulative armor charms, seduction, and lightning spikes), so I've had to add in some self-stun charms (yoga training and/or ocean sleep potions).

You need fists, focus, non-debuff banes. The more overlap you have between those, the better. Any ea armor is handy too.
