This is a really easy and useful 4 man dungeon. (great place to get level 2 charm alchemist and heroism).
Put together a 25 charm deck with 5 woeful's whips, 5 willpower destruction charms (nightmares or voodoo heads) and 15 damage banes.
You can just join some of the private groups that are going around too. Most have their passwords listed in their names.

+ 5 Blood Drake Curse
+ 5 Dynamite
+ 5 Woeful's Whip
= 15 charms of win

25 charms works, too, but it's slow and a bit more risky.

I've ran both the 15 and the 25 charms, as long as some idiot doesn't run 15 in the 25, or 25 in the 15, I never had problems.

I just noticed that everyone was a lot closer to dying when I ran with a 25 charm group.

Also: 5 BDC and 5 Dynamite are enough, and will get you the achievement.

Dont have blood drakes curse or Dynamite, this gonna work for 25 charms?

Poison Igniter is a nice addition to 25-charm decks if you've got it.
