Ok, i did this mostly for me, but thought i would post it also. It's the quest spelled out step by step. Where to get what and how to use your moves. If anyone has some suggestions for some level 25-30ish charms to pick up or craft along the way that would be nice to!

Starting from Aleas since that where most of my alts are farming at
Day 1
Buy silk from Aleas Specialties.
Move to Wildhowl and Buy Burningclover from Wildhowl Specialties.
Use work to move back to Aleas
Day 2
move to Inachis
Use work to move to Eclis.
Buy Ruby Shard + Stormeye
Fight Thunder\rock Canyon to get Round Keystone from Boss
Gather w/ Keystone to find Cave of setting sun
Fight Cave of setting sun
Day 3
Move to Inachis
Use work to move to Aleas
Day 4
Move to Wildhowl
Gather w/ Stormeye to find cave of vivid earth
Fight cave of vivid earth
Use work to move to skyrift
Day 5
Move to Eversweep
Gather w/ Burningclover to find Cave of Endless Time

Next step Kyud's charms
Buy 8x Ebony + 12x pearl stone here and then Eclis (20 black opal 11 gold ore 9x telium bar then night tear(5x kyuds staff + 2x hydra + 3x analyzer) + stuff to buy catalyst)

So, quick question. Will using a Cup of Balance a second time do anything?

When you say do it in this order, does that also mean you can do no other thing they you have to do the first and nothing else until you get to the next step?
Or just makes sure these steps are done in order and everything else in between doesn't matter?

At each town you have 2 required items that must be in your inventory to find the hidden event (need to gather). Clear that event and get the next item you need (plus you'll need to buy another item, usually from the same town) then move to the next town and repeat. You can do dungeons, PVP, gathering, etc in each place without messing up anything. Just don't sell the tablets.
