He's level 46 and in Eclis. You should post in the shoutbox also. Do you need outlaw or self defense or both?

In Skyrift for now, need both self defendse and outlaw.

Move to windscar and I can probably help you knock out SD real quick...not so much outlaw since there is a level difference.
