Outlaw/defense points coordination

Thought this might be a little easier than following the shoutbox.

As far as I can tell, the plan is to meet up in Night Tear asap with bounty on your head and proceed to lose to your guildmates! Night tear should allow you to farm Last Echo; Bile, Bone and Blood and A Cure as well. Build a deck with 5 charms for attacking so there isn't a mistake (wasting someones bounty also). So if your interested, just post here and we will rack up the HP for the guild. Also if you have toons in other guilds post their names also, so that others know when to return the favor(loss)!

We should add a finished with self defense section to the fancy graph, generously provided by lessig, so we don't attack people more than +/- 1 that don't need it. I wasted quite a few APs going through the list with Semaphor. Add a 3rd column to the graph "Doesn't need SD" and just put an X in it if they are finished with SD

I started to fill in a few X's and realized that we should probably just get rid of one of the sections since the names in the by level section and alpha don't line up.

Sorting by name worked well for me, so possibly get rid of that one since the level will still be after the name?
