Energy Bloom Empty Energy Bloom

Does this make the other person lose their damage modifies? Are the modifiers mine for the rest of the fight or just for that one attack?

You get their modifiers for the rest of the fight, AFAIK.

Don't you just get their modifiers until the end of the round since it self normalizes after the damage?
