Battle Skills

Even if you are going down one Path, for example you guys recommend that I use Fire and Shadow, but is it still good to max out your other Battle skills?

yes, you will run out of job-growth eventually and then you will need the points...

It's a good idea to get all of them up to rank 3 before you get to level 40 or so. Most of the good charms require rank 3 to use (hyphused gear)

Ok with that said the only thing I am missing to get into my third tier is
Burst. I have 6 levels to get this. I need to get 230 points, what is the best way to get this skill?

put a ton of ++next magic/or melee/ into a gear and add like 3 charms dealing the respective damage. Then hit a low hp mob in the arena with it.
